Where did the SUP board come from and what is this sport? Well, Stand Up Paddling is a water sport that uses an inflatable SUP board for swimming while paddling with one paddle. The sport is not yet very popular in Poland, but nothing prevents you from being the one to initiate it among your friends or family. It provides great fun, as well as a useful all-around workout for adults and children.

Stand up paddling is for everyone, you can swim to shore or get off the board at any time, and there is very little risk of falling. It will allow you to practice balance and stability and improve your fitness. This sport engages the work of all muscle parts. You can practice it both on calm waters, such as a lake or canal, and on the sea.
