2 Installation instructions

Tools useful for the installation of the film: preparation for degreasing the surface, scissors, hair dryer and squeegee. (no items included)

NOTE: If you want to use a heat gun, remember to keep the proper distance. The same is true for a hair dryer. Too high a temperature can unglue the veneer.

1) Preparation of the film – the film on its inner side has evenly spaced lines. Based on these, cut the appropriate piece with scissors. NOTE: It would be worthwhile for you to include 2-3 cm each for wrapping the foil under the element to be taped.

2) Preparation of the surface – the area where the foil will be placed well degrease and wipe. It must be clean and dry.

3) Installation of the film – stick the film gradually peeling off the protective paper. In the case of flat surfaces, press with a squeegee.However, when you come across round shapes, irregularities heat the film with the help of, for example, a hair dryer. The film will become malleable and, with a little patience and precision, will allow it to conform to the surface to be wrapped.

4) Elimination of bubbles – channel adhesive minimizes the risk of air bubbles. However, if they appear, smooth the film from the inside out – you can do this with a squeegee.

5) After installation, the film does not require heat fixation.

3) Use of the film

The film is primarily recommended for use inside. It can also be used outdoors.
