The 6 KG (2 x 3 KG) ENEREO FIT wrist and leg weights are a special piece of equipment that, thanks to their design, will allow you to place them on the wrist joints or on the ankle joints.

The weights come in a universal size and are adjustable through a special adjustable fastener with a very strong and long Velcro. This means that you will be able to adjust them, according to the width of your wrists and ankles.

The material from which the weights are made is a durable, waterproof and bend-resistant polyester fiber – terylene. The design of the weights is that they are divided into several sections, and these are filled with small metal filings (resembling sand) secured by a plastic bag. Such a solution makes the ENERO FIT weights perfectly adapt to the shape of your body and will not pinch.
